Wash, stone and finely dice the nectarines. Chop the cantucci into large pieces. Grate the chocolate. Mix the mascarpone with the milk and sugar until smooth. Now put the ingredients in 4 tall dessert glasses as follows: First a layer of mascarpone, then chocolate chips, cantucci, nectarines and 1 tablespoon of dessert wine, then again mascarpone, chocolate chips, cantucci, nectarines and 1 tablespoon of wine. It ends with a layer of mascarpone and a lot of chocolate shavings on top.
Chill the desserts for one to two hours. If you like it crispy and still have cantuccine left, sprinkle a few chopped biscuits over the desserts before serving.
