Instructions

  1. Crumble the chocolate and melt it in a saucepan over low heat. Add milk and bring to the boil while stirring and adding energy. Whisk egg yolks with sugar and pour into the hot, not boiling chocolate, stirring vigorously. Pour into cups and serve very hot with a dollop of cream on top.
