Instructions

  1. Wash, stone and halve the fruit.
  2. Make a batter from the remaining ingredients. Spread half of it on a prepared baking tray and spread the fruit over it. Then pour the other half of the batter over it.
  3. My gas oven takes about 50 minutes at level 3 - otherwise bake at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes until the cake has turned a nice golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle some powdered sugar over it - wonderful!
  5. I always bake the cake on the tray, you can certainly prepare it in a springform pan.
