Instructions
- Wash the zucchini, quarter them lengthways, and cut into pieces approximately 1 cm thick.
- Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and fry for 3–5 minutes until translucent.
- Add the minced meat and fry for 7–10 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned and crumbly throughout.
- Add the drained mushrooms and fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the zucchini, cream, instant broth, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Simmer over medium heat for 15–20 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
