Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, quarter them lengthways, and cut into pieces approximately 1 cm thick.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
  3. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and fry for 3–5 minutes until translucent.
  4. Add the minced meat and fry for 7–10 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned and crumbly throughout.
  5. Add the drained mushrooms and fry for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add the zucchini, cream, instant broth, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  7. Simmer over medium heat for 15–20 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
