Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 900 g zucchini
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt
  • Pepper, black
  • 3 teaspoon broth, instant
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, quarter them lengthways and cut into pieces approx. 1 cm thick.
  2. Peel the onion, cut into small pieces and fry until translucent. Then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Then add the mushrooms and fry them in the same way. Now add the zucchini pieces and the cup of cream to the pan. Season with the broth and season with the other spices. Simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat.
  3. I recommend twisted ribbon noodles as a side dish, they simply taste much better than conventional potatoes.
