Zucchini Casserole with Minced Meat

Meat with vegetables – what could be better? The dish is simple, tasty, healthy, and made from the most common products.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Minced meat – 750 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Tomato – 2 pcs.
  • Fresh greens
  • Sour cream (optional) – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare food for the meat casserole with vegetables. Cut the onion into quarters, chop the garlic and coarsely grate the carrots.
  2. In a preheated skillet with oil, quickly fry the garlic, add the onion and fry for 1 minute. Add carrots and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Combine sautéed vegetables with minced meat, salt, and pepper
  3. Arrange in an even layer. Cut the courgettes into slices 2-3 mm thick. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
  4. On top of the minced meat, place the zucchini and tomatoes cut into thin rounds. Place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 25 minutes. Remove, brush with sour cream, sprinkle with herbs and cheese. Place in the oven for another 20 minutes.
