Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 125 ml broth
  • 1 teaspoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly sheep cheese
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, mash the garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat together with onion and garlic.
  2. Wash and dice the zucchini. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and also dice. Add both to the mince and let it steam for about 10 minutes. Then add tomato paste and broth. Season to taste and finally add crumbled sheep`s cheese.
  3. This goes well with rice or baguette.
