Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 onions)

- Cook the rice in salted water until firm to the bite.
- Meanwhile, heat some olive oil in a pan and sweat the finely diced onions in it, squeeze the garlic and sweat very briefly. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Put this mixture in a baking dish.
- In the same pan, toss the chopped vegetables and add a little olive oil if necessary. Season everything with salt, pepper and the herbs and add to the minced meat, also add the cooked rice and stir carefully. Crumble the sheep`s cheese over the mixture and put it in the oven at 160 ° C for about 10-15 minutes, the cheese should only take on a very light color. Sprinkle with chives rolls before serving.
