Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta (e.. Spirelli)
  • 200 g minced meat (beef)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 250 g sheep cheese, liht
  • Onion (noun)
  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Rosemary, rubbed
  • Thyme, rubbed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a large non-stick pan without adding any oil until it is brown. Peel and chop the onion and add.
  3. Wash the tomatoes and zucchini and cut into small pieces. Dice the sheep cheese. Put the zucchini pieces in the pan with the minced meat and season everything with salt and pepper. Now pour the thyme and rosemary over the cubes of sheep`s cheese.
  4. In the meantime, the noodles should be ready, drain them in a sieve.
  5. Now add the tomato pieces and the sheep`s cheese to the pan with the ingredients and wait a moment for the sheep`s cheese to liquefy slightly. Then add the pasta. The milk and tomato paste are now poured over everything and stirred very well so that the vegetable-feta-mince mixture comes into contact with all the pasta. Finally, season again well with the spices. Serve immediately.
