Ingredients

  • 125 g rice
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 g minced meat, (your choice)
  • 200 g spinach leaves, (frozen)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s), dried
  • 1 cup natural yogurt

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a large, high, coated pan (season with salt & pepper) until crumbly. When the mince is nice and crispy, add the vegetable stock, rice, spinach (frozen) and chopped chilli pods (without seeds, if you don`t want it to be too hot), stir well and put on the lid. Simmer on medium strength for approx. 18-20 minutes. The water should have boiled off completely. Then season again with pepper and salt and stir in the natural yoghurt.
