Ingredients

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 large bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 ml vegetable stock, very strong, hot
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the vegetables. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the peppers and zucchini into cubes. Finely chop the onions and garlic.
  2. Put some oil in a large pan and fry the minced meat well. Then add the onions and garlic and fry a little. Remove the minced meat, onion and garlic mixture from the pan and fry the mushrooms a little. Then add the pepper and zucchini cubes and fry them.
  3. Add the minced meat, onion and garlic mixture again and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Simmer the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has evaporated. Then season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
  4. Due to the lack of rice, noodles or anything else, the pan is perfect as a protein-rich SiS dinner. The pan also tastes good with rice, etc.
  5. Also tastes good warmed up, so if you want to cook in advance, you will also be well served here.
