Instructions

  1. The minced meat is processed into a mass with ingredients such as onion, egg, salt, pepper, caraway seeds, marjoram and breadcrumbs.
  2. Then the chicory is cleaned and briefly blanched in the vegetable stock and taken out again with a slotted spoon. Quarter the chicory, turn it in flour and fry it together with the minced meat mixture, which is also made small, in oil and sprinkle lightly with paprika powder.
  3. Then deglaze the roast with a little of the vegetable stock.
