Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • some oil for frying
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 liter tomato (s), happens
  • 250 g couscous
  • spice (s)

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat crumbly in a high saucepan with a little oil and season to taste. Add the tomatoes and the corn and bring to the boil briefly. Then add the couscous, bring to the boil again briefly and leave to soak for two minutes.
  2. Note: We like the taste of food, so we only season it very little. Of course, you can season and refine the couscous pan as you like.
