Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g sauerkraut, seasoned and drained
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 medium onion (s), chopped
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 200 ml beef broth
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 1 pinch (s) marjoram
  • sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, nutmeg and marjoram. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry onions, garlic and minced meat in it. Add tomato paste and sauerkraut and fry briefly. Top up with the beef stock and stir everything well. Add the crème fraîche and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Potatoes also taste good.
