Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 4 chicory
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Season and sauté the ground beef until cooked through. Cut the onion into cubes and add to the minced meat. Clean the chicory, cut into rings and add to the minced meat. Cut the peppers into cubes and add them to the pan as well. Stir everything once and fry for 3 minutes.
  2. Finally stir in the sour cream, let everything boil again for 1 minute and you can serve. Potatoes go well with it.
