Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 200 g pasta (fork spahetti)
  • tomato paste
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat, season with salt, pepper and tomato paste. Cut the spring onions into thin rings and dice the bell peppers. Add to the mince and fry briefly.
  2. Pour in the broth and stir in the fork spaghetti (raw). Let the pasta cook while stirring. Season with curry and serve.
