Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 400 g beans, small reen (princess beans)
  • 1 teaspoon glutamate
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 3 teaspoons savory
  • some broth
  • 100 ml cream
  • Sauce thickener
  • Oil (olive or corn oil)

Instructions

  1. Put the oil in the heated pan. Fry the finely chopped onion in the hot fat. Add the chopped mince and fry until crispy. Deglaze with the stock (add bean water if necessary). Now season to taste with glutamate, salt, pepper and savory. If fresh beans are used, add them now.
  2. Let everything simmer over a low flame for about 15 minutes. Add the princess beans and cook for another 5 minutes. Then add the cream
  3. Season everything again to taste and bind with a sauce thickener
  4. Almost everything goes well with it - depending on the consistency of the dish boiled potatoes, puree, rice, baguette, etc.
  5. Variations: Instead of the beans:
  6. Cucumber: (Spices: dill, bay leaf, vegeta)
  7. Zucchini: (Spices: dill, Vegeta, tomato paste, bay leaves, juniper berries)
  8. Pumpkin: Spices: paprika, vegeta, coriander, cumin, ginger or nutmeg
  9. I also like to put chopped pineapple pieces in it.
