Ingredients

  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 400 g beans, in tomato sauce
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 600 g minced meat, half & half
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 packet tortilla (s), 8 pieces
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g sauce (uacamole)

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, peel and roughly dice the onions. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the mince in it until crumbly. Add the onions. After 5 minutes add the tomato pieces. Fry everything vigorously. Then add the beans. Stir in the tomato paste and deglaze everything with 50 ml of water. Then season everything vigorously: nice and hot, if you like it.
  2. Put the sour cream in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Put the guacamole in a bowl as well. Place the bowls and the minced bean mixture on the table.
  3. Let the tortillas heat up in the oven at 200 ° for 3 minutes and place on the table. Brush half of the tortilla slice with guacamole and pour the minced bean mixture onto half of the slice. Finally, pour the sour cream over the whole thing. Shut you tortillas and eat.
  4. A green salad goes well with it.
