Ingredients
- 1 small onion (s)
- 200 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 red pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 avocado (s), ripe
- 1 lime (s), its juice or lemon juice
- 4 tortilla (s) (wheat tortillas)
- 40 g cheese for ratinatin (e.. Sbrinz)

- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

- Finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for about 3 minutes, then fry the onion for about 3 minutes. Let the mixture cool in a bowl. Core, finely chop the peppers (carefully) and add. Press the garlic and add it.
- Cut the avocado into pieces and mash finely with a fork. Mix in the lime juice immediately. Add the mixture to the meat, mix and season.
- Spread the avocado and meat mixture on the tortillas, roll up (if necessary pin with a toothpick) and place in a greased baking dish. Then sprinkle the cheese on top. Gratinate for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven at 200 ° C in the preheated oven.
- Tips: Instead of lime juice, you can also use lemon juice. I use disposable gloves to cut the peppers. If available, you can also use a refractory dish for each tortilla, in which it is then served.
