Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 onion (s)
- 4 medium tomato (s)
- 200 ml sour cream or sour cream
- 0.5 ½ pack cheese, grated
- Salsa
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying

- Wash the peppers and tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Wash the iceberg lettuce, drain and cut into strips.
- Fry the minced meat in a little oil in a pan, add onion cubes and season with salt and pepper. When the minced meat is well done, add the salsa (amount as you like), half of the pepper and tomato cubes, 1/4 of the grated cheese and 2 tablespoons of sour cream, stir well and let it steep.
- Put 3 - 4 heaping tablespoons of the filling in the middle of the wraps, add some of the remaining diced paprika and tomatoes, the iceberg lettuce, the cheese and 1 - 2 teaspoons of sour cream and roll up or fold the wraps.
- Or: Put everything in small bowls and place on the table with the wraps so that everyone can fill their own wraps as they wish.
