Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers and tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Wash the iceberg lettuce, drain and cut into strips.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a little oil in a pan, add onion cubes and season with salt and pepper. When the minced meat is well done, add the salsa (amount as you like), half of the pepper and tomato cubes, 1/4 of the grated cheese and 2 tablespoons of sour cream, stir well and let it steep.
  3. Put 3 - 4 heaping tablespoons of the filling in the middle of the wraps, add some of the remaining diced paprika and tomatoes, the iceberg lettuce, the cheese and 1 - 2 teaspoons of sour cream and roll up or fold the wraps.
  4. Or: Put everything in small bowls and place on the table with the wraps so that everyone can fill their own wraps as they wish.
