Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 large cans beans (green, broad or French beans)
  • 5 onion (s)
  • 200 g tomato paste (1 r. + 1 small can)
  • 1 liter meat broth (and broth beans)
  • 500 g tomato (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano
  • basil
  • thyme
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil, fry the minced meat until crumbly (but should still be soft). Add the onions (cut into half rings) and sauté briefly. Add beans with can / glass water. Top up with meat stock. Add tomato paste, season well.
  2. Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Warm up in the soup.
  4. Finally, stir in the cream / sour cream and season it if necessary.
