Bean Soup with Tomatoes and Minced Meat
Instructions
- Heat the oil, fry the minced meat until crumbly (but should still be soft). Add the onions (cut into half rings) and sauté briefly. Add beans with can / glass water. Top up with meat stock. Add tomato paste, season well.
- Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
- Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Warm up in the soup.
- Finally, stir in the cream / sour cream and season it if necessary.
