Ingredients

  • 350 g minced meat, mixed
  • 120 g feta cheese
  • 500 g canned tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
  • Chervil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, dice finely, peel off the thyme. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
  2. Fry the minced meat together with the onions in olive oil. Add tomato paste, toast briefly, deglaze with vegetable stock and tomatoes, add spices. Arrange the soup in plates and sprinkle with feta.
