Ingredients

  • 1 glass beans (French beans, large glass)
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • some savory
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 150 g natural yourt

Instructions

  1. Drain the green beans in a colander.
  2. Fry the minced meat (I always fry minced meat without oil - if you like, you can of course also fry with oil). When the meat is seared, stir in the tomato paste and season with 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder. Layer the beans and minced meat in a baking dish, ending with a layer of beans and sprinkling some savory on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C on the middle rack for approx. 15 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, whisk the eggs and natural yoghurt, season with salt and paprika and pour over the casserole after 15 minutes. Bake for about 10 minutes until the yoghurt and egg mixture has set.
