Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the minced meat without oil (or with oil if preferred) for 5-8 minutes until browned. Stir in the tomato paste and season with 1 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, and 0.5 teaspoon paprika powder.
In a baking dish, layer the beans and minced meat, ending with a layer of beans on top. Sprinkle some savory over the top.
Preheat oven to 200 °C (392 °F). Bake the casserole on the middle rack for 15 minutes.
While the casserole bakes, whisk together 4 eggs and 150 g natural yogurt. Season with salt and paprika powder. After 15 minutes of baking, pour the egg and yogurt mixture over the casserole and bake for 10 minutes until the mixture is set.
