Ingredients

  • 100 g bacon, streaky
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 can tomato paste, 70 g
  • 0.5 liter ½ meat broth
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 can beans, white (soup)
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • marjoram

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the onions, cut the bacon into cubes and the cleaned peppers into strips. Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the bacon cubes, add onions and peppers and sauté for approx. 5 minutes.
  2. Mix the tomato paste with a little broth and add to the pan with the minced meat. Pour in the rest of the broth, stir well and cover and cook for approx. 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in white beans with the liquid. Season the stew with the spices and simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
