Vegetable Stew with Beans and Minced Meat (in the Oven)

This simple recipe for a delicious vegetable stew with beans and minced pork, which is cooked in the oven, will come in handy when you need to cook something delicious and unusual for the whole family. The dish is striking in its rich taste and aroma, and thanks to the use of beans, it turns out to be very satisfying and nutritious.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Minced pork – 200-250 g
  • Canned beans in tomato sauce – 400 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 100 g
  • Tomato – 150 g
  • Onions – 70 g
  • Hard cheese – 30 g
  • Vegetable oil – 20 ml
  • Ground paprika – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.
  2. Fry the onion in a frying pan in vegetable oil for 3 minutes
  3. Add minced meat and break all the lumps. Fry minced meat with onions for 3-5 minutes.
  4. We turn on the oven and heat it up to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, cut the tomato into cubes.
  5. Peel the bell pepper and cut it into small pieces.
  6. Put 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce from a jar of beans in a frying pan for the minced meat. Salt and add paprika. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. If your pan is meant to be baked in the oven, continue using it and leave the minced meat and onions in it. If not, put the minced meat with onions in a baking dish.
  8. Put bell pepper and tomato on top of the minced meat.
  9. The next layer is the beans.
  10. Cover the form or pan with foil. Cooking vegetable stew with beans and minced meat in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  11. After a while, remove the foil. Rub the cheese on a fine grater and spread it over the beans. Return the stew to the oven for another 10 minutes. If your oven has a convection mode, turn it on. If not, we leave the previous regime.
  12. Let the finished dish cool slightly.

Serve vegetable ragout with beans and minced meat as an independent dish.
