Stewed Eggplant with Minced Meat

Ingredients
- Eggplant – 6 Pieces
- Onions – 2 Pieces
- Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon the spoon
- Salt, sugar, pepper – To taste
- Vegetable oil – 50 Milliliters
- Minced pork – 300 Grams
Directions
- Eggplants should be washed, tails removed. Remove the skin from the eggplant and cut the pulp into cubes.
- Twist the minced meat in a meat grinder or take ready-made.
- Chop the onions into cubes.
- Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Add raw minced meat to it later. Simmer the onion and minced meat until tender.
- In a separate skillet, fry the eggplant in vegetable oil. Simmer until almost done. Add salt, sugar, ground black pepper to taste.
- Combine the contents of the two pans. Stir. Add tomato paste and stir again. Simmer for another 2 minutes. Turn off. Serve the dish to the table.
