Casserole with Eggplant and Minced Meat

The casserole is one of the simplest and most delicious dishes. I suggest you make a casserole of eggplant, minced meat, tomatoes, and cheese. You will spend a minimum of effort and time preparing this delicious eggplant dish.

Directions

Peel the eggplants cut them into slices. Season the sliced eggplants with salt to let the juice flow, then rinse with water.
Put the eggplants in the first layer in a baking dish. Then spread the minced meat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The next layer is the tomatoes, cut into circles.
Repeat layers. Place the eggplants again. Then minced meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Layout a layer of tomatoes. Place in a preheated oven and bake the eggplants with tomatoes and minced meat for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees. Sprinkle the minced meat, eggplant, and tomato casserole with grated cheese and place the cheese casserole in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the cooked casserole with eggplant and minced meat with chopped fresh herbs.
