Ingredients
- 1 kg minced meat (minced meat)
- 1 ½ kg leek
- 1 liter broth
- 500 g spahetti
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper

- Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings that are not too thin.
- Half-cook the spaghetti in salted water.
- Fry the minced meat until crumbly and season with salt and pepper. Pour in the broth, add the leek rings and the quenched spaghetti. Bring everything to a boil and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Season again with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Danger! Makes large portions!
