Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings that are not too thin.
Half-cook the spaghetti in salted water.
Fry the minced meat until crumbly and season with salt and pepper. Pour in the broth, add the leek rings and the quenched spaghetti. Bring everything to a boil and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Season again with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
