Meat Stew with Beans and Corn

Meat stew with canned beans and corn is easy to prepare. Two types of meat are used to prepare stews – chicken and pork, which are pre-boiled.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 400 g
  • Pork (fillet) – 400 g
  • Canned white beans – 200 g
  • Canned sweet corn – 200 g
  • Canned tomatoes in their own juice – 200 g
  • Tomato paste – 3 tbsp
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh greens – for decoration
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We put chicken fillet (25 minutes after boiling) and pork (45 minutes after boiling) to cook. We do not pour out the remaining broth after cooking, we will need it.
  2. Peel the onion, chop finely. Peel and chop the garlic.
  3. Boiled chicken fillet, when cool, cut into small cubes.
  4. Cut the cooled pork into cubes.
  5. Lightly fry the onion in a cauldron in olive oil.
  6. Add the garlic to the onion and fry for 2-3 minutes. We also add bay leaves to the cauldron.
  7. We spread the corn.
  8. We add tomatoes to our own juice. Add canned beans there.
  9. We put the chicken meat. Add the chopped pork.
  10. Add tomato paste to all ingredients. Salt, pepper. We mix.
  11. Fill with meat broth so that the entire contents of the cauldron are covered. Simmer meat with beans and corn over low heat for 40 minutes.
  12. The meat stew with beans and corn is ready. Decorate with herbs if desired. Serve the meat stew warm.
