Ingredients

  • 400 g rice
  • 12 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 50 g hot peppers, reen
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g meat broth
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice almost through. Wash the tomatoes and cut off the lid. Carefully hollow out and lightly salt the tomatoes. Pick up the crowd.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onions and sauté with the oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry. Finely dice the peppers and fry with them. Stir the tomato mixture into the mixture (if there are large pieces, cut them again into small pieces). Take the pot off the stove and let it cool slightly.
  3. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Also mix under the minced meat mixture. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika and fill into the tomatoes. Sprinkle some grated cheese over the tomatoes and put the lid back on.
  4. Put the cooked rice in a baking dish and pour the meat stock over it. Place the filled tomatoes on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
