Ingredients

  • 1 vegetable onion (s)
  • 1 large can tomato (s), chunky
  • 2 flat bread (s)
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Mix spices, Turkish (Pul Biber)
  • marjoram

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into cubes and sauté in olive oil. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly, season with salt and pepper. Chop the garlic and add it. Add chunky tomatoes and season everything with marjoram and pul beaver. Let the whole thing cook until the liquid is as good as boiled down, season to taste.
  2. Cut open the flatbreads and distribute the minced meat mixture on the undersides. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread over the minced meat, also cut the tomatoes into slices and spread them on the cheese. Put the lid on and press it on. Bake in the preheated oven (200 ° top / bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
