Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ head cauliflower
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 500 g round beef
  • 1 tablespoon paprika pulp
  • salt and pepper
  • Pul Biber (leaf pepper)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, fresh
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 5 hot peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil, for frying
  • 500 ml boiling water

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Peel the carrots and cut into sticks. Chop the onions, peppers and tomatoes and press the garlic.
  2. Fry the onions, peppers and garlic in olive oil. Add the minced meat and continue frying. Add the paprika pulp, powdered beaver and tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes are soft. Finally, add the chopped parsley. Stir and pour in 500 ml of boiling water, bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Divide the cauliflower into florets and place with the carrots in the center of a round baking tray. Spread the minced meat on top. Then simply place the potatoes on the side. Pour the remaining sauce from the minced meat over the potatoes so that the potatoes take on color in the oven.
  4. Put everything in the oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
