Ingredients

  • 750 g minced beef
  • 4 jacket potato (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 onion (s), finely diced
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, finely diced or pressed
  • 4 tomato (s), sliced, or 12 cocktail tomatoes, halved
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • thyme
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • some fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Grease a 26 cm diameter springform pan well. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C fan-assisted air.
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes and spread them on the bottom of the tin. Sprinkle 1/3 of the grated cheese on top. Mix the minced meat with the eggs, onions, garlic, remaining cheese and spices well. It has to be seasoned very strongly as the potatoes and meat absorb a lot. Distribute the mixture evenly on the potato slices.
  3. Bake on the middle rack for 40 minutes. Then spread the tomatoes on the edge of the meat and place in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  4. A fresh salad and herb butter baguette goes well with it.
