Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion (s)
  • Basil, fresh
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Fat for the shape
  • 1 bag cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, grainier
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 clove (s) garlic

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes with their skins in salted water for about 20 minutes and then peel them.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix with basil, mince, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to form a dough.
  3. Mix together the mustard, oil and crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lightly grease a round quiche or tart pan and line it with the meat dough. Form a three cm high edge. Cut the cooled potatoes into slices and spread on top. Now sprinkle the grated cheese on top and then carefully spread the mustard sauce on top - it`s not that easy with the cheese underneath.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
