Meat with Potatoes in the Oven “No Problems”

When there is absolutely no time to cook, but at the same time you want to eat a hearty meal, this simple recipe for meat and potatoes is a real salvation! Takes surprisingly little time, but still tastes good.
Ingredients
- Meat (pork) – 300 g
- Potatoes – 3 medium
- Onion – 1 medium
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Ketchup – 2-3 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise – 1-2 tablespoons
- Seasonings to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil – for lubricating the mold
Directions
- Cut the meat, add ketchup, seasonings and salt to taste, mix. Cut the potatoes as you like, add mayonnaise, squeeze the garlic, add seasonings and salt to taste.
- Put chopped onion on the bottom of the greased form, then meat and potatoes. Cook in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
