Zucchini Baked with Minced Meat in the Oven Ingredients

  • Minced pork – 250 g
  • Zucchini – 2 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 2 tablespoon.
  • Garlic – 1 tooth
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Spice

  1. Grate the courgettes first. Take a special grater with a zigzag nozzle. Grate some of the zucchini on it, turning the zucchini 90 degrees each time before running it on the grater (see video).
  2. Grate the rest of the zucchini in thin slices using a straight grater blade.
  3. Lightly grease a mold (aluminum) with vegetable oil. Put slices of zucchini over the entire surface of the form, with sides, in 2 layers.
  4. Next, put the minced meat on top of the zucchini. Salt it (1 teaspoon or to taste). Squeeze the garlic on top of the minced meat. Next, layout a layer of grated carrots.
  5. Mix sour cream with egg. Top with zucchini cut into a mesh. Drizzle with sour cream sauce. Shake the pan to let the sauce sink down.

  6. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the zucchini in the oven for another 5 minutes. The zucchini baked in the oven with minced meat is ready! Cut the zucchini baked with minced meat into portioned pieces.
