Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg potato (s)
- 1 bunch leeks
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 cans tomato (s), chopped
- 1 kg minced meat
- 1 egg (s)
- some breadcrumbs
- 300 ml broth
- 200 ml cream
- 6 slices cheese
- 6 slices ham

- Put the minced meat in a bowl, mix with the spices of your choice, an egg and some breadcrumbs and knead.
- Remove a little of the minced meat at a time and smooth it out on baking paper. Place a slice of cheese and ham on top and shape everything into a roll. Place the roulades side by side in a greased baking dish.
- Chop the leek and onions and fry in a pan or saucepan. Add the stock, cream and the tomatoes, season to taste and bring to the boil once. Pour the sauce into the baking dish and put the dish in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 ° C.
- In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cook them as boiled potatoes.
