  • Potatoes – 700 g
  • Minced pork and beef – 400 g
  • Hard cheese – 80 g
  • Green onions – 3-4 pcs. (taste)
  • Eggs – 1-2 pcs.
  • Sour cream (optional) – 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable or butter oil – for greasing the mold

  1. For potato and minced meat casseroles, prepare the food listed. Peel the potatoes, wash together with the onions, dry.

  2. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, the resulting liquid must be squeezed out.
  3. Place half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  4. Put the minced meat on the potatoes, salt and pepper it to taste.
  5. Chop green onions.

  8. Mix the cheese with the second half of the grated potatoes, add an egg (or two). Stir, add a little pepper and salt.

  10. Place potatoes with cheese on a layer of minced meat, flatten with a spoon.
