Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 125 ml water
  • 4 teaspoons broth (rustice, instant)
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 100 ml sweet cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the potatoes and cook in the skin for about 20 minutes. Peel and cut in slices. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
  2. Let the oil get hot in a pan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add onions and fry for 2 minutes. Add tomato paste, sugar, water and 3 teaspoons of stock and cook for about 5 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Brush a baking dish with oil and line it with half of the potato and zucchini slices. Spread the minced meat mixture on top and sprinkle with half of the gouda. Spread the remaining potato and zucchini slices over them like a roof tile.
  4. Bring the cream to a boil in a small saucepan and dissolve 1 teaspoon of stock in it. Spread the sauce over the casserole and sprinkle with the remaining Gouda cheese. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
