Many people love potato pancakes with meat filling (sorcerers), but no one has yet said that they like to stand by the stove and fry them! In today’s recipe I will try to combine all the usual ingredients and somehow make my life easier. Oven-baked large pancake in the form of a roll with minced meat filling – for the whole family!
Considering the presence of minced meat in the recipe, the set of products is more suitable for Belarusian sorcerers. But at home this dish is called “big potato pancake”.
Cooking potato dough. Peel the potatoes and one onion and peel three on a fine grater (alternately so that the potatoes do not darken). Add the egg, flour, salt, vegetable oil (a couple of spoons), garlic, squeezed through a press, and black pepper. Mix everything well.
We cover the baking sheet with parchment and grease it with vegetable oil (I have a siliconized one, you don’t need to grease it – everything then “leaves” well). Spread the potato dough evenly on the parchment sheet. We bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
We peel the second onion and cut it into small cubes, and together with the chopped dill we send it to the minced meat. A good pinch of salt and stir. The filling is ready.
After the oven, let the potato crust rest (cool down) on a towel. Then remove the parchment and spread the meat filling over the entire surface of the potato.
We wrap a tight roll and send it back to the oven. For the first 30 minutes, bake the potato roll with meat filling under foil (just cover). Then remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes. The temperature in the oven is 180 degrees.
Grease with sour cream while still hot potato roll and sprinkle with chopped fresh dill. Let it cool slightly while the kettle is boiling and cut into slices.
It turns out very tasty, a lot and satisfying! Cook for health!
