Ingredients

  • 1 flat bread (approx. 500 g) alternatively 4 large baguette rolls

For the filling:

  • 1 clove (s) garlic, diced
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 200 g carrot (s), sliced
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s), cut into thin rings
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 packet tomatoes, garnished with herbs (370 g)
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 olives, green with paprika filling
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 0.5 ½ iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. If desired, bake the bread in the oven at 200 ° for about 10 minutes, then cut across.
  2. In the meantime, heat the oil and fry the minced meat in it until it is crumbly and brown. Add the garlic, onions, carrots and spring onions and fry them. Add the tomato puree, season everything and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste.
  3. Clean the iceberg lettuce and cut into strips, cut the olives into slices, add both to the minced meat and now distribute everything on the lower half of the flatbread. Cut the lid into 6 - 8 portions and place on top. Serve garnished with parsley leaves.
