Ingredients
- 1 flatbread (s)
- 500 g minced meat
- 500 g tomato (s), cut into pieces, from the can
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
- 150 g mushrooms
- possibly vegetables, your own choice
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 150 g onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- salt and pepper
- thyme
- rosemary
- cumin
- 100 g feta cheese, rated

- Halve the flatbread crosswise.
- Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Clean the spring onions, mushrooms and possibly other vegetables and cut into small pieces.
- Fry the minced meat in the hot oil until crumbly and fry the onions and garlic. Add the tomatoes, mushrooms, spring onions and any other vegetables, bring to the boil and season. Spread the mixture on the bread halves and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
