Ingredients

  • 1 packet pizza dough (cooling shelf) with
  • Tomato sauce
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 onion (s), finely diced
  • 1 roll, old or from the day before
  • 2 tablespoon stock, grained
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, possibly 2
  • 0.5 ½ pack herbs, frozen 8 herbs
  • 100 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Soak the bun in water so that it is soaked. Then wring it out well.
  2. Knead the bread roll with minced meat, egg, granulated broth, onion, garlic, mustard, pepper, salt and 8 herbs in a bowl until it no longer sticks to the hands (you can also add some breadcrumbs if it is still too strong should stick).
  3. Roll out the pizza dough with the parchment paper side down and brush with the accompanying tomato sauce.
  4. Spread the minced meat on top and sprinkle the parmesan on top.
  5. Roll up the pizza dough from the narrower side (attention: don`t forget to take out the baking paper). Gently pinch the sides, then brush with the egg yolk.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees) on the middle rack in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
  7. Cut into approx. 2 cm thick slices and serve hot.
