Soak the bun in water so that it is soaked. Then wring it out well.
Knead the bread roll with minced meat, egg, granulated broth, onion, garlic, mustard, pepper, salt and 8 herbs in a bowl until it no longer sticks to the hands (you can also add some breadcrumbs if it is still too strong should stick).
