- 125 g wheat flour
- 125 g spelled flour (whole wheat flour)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 ml cola
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Then knead in the sour cream and add the cola. The dough is quite moist, but that`s right.
- With wet hands, shape 4 balls of the same size from the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave plenty of space between the individual balls because they run in the oven.
- Bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- The flatbreads taste good with all sweet spreads. My friend also likes to eat them with cream cheese, but that may be a matter of taste.
