- 260 ml tomato ketchup
- 260 ml cola
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon broth, instant (powder)
- Paprika powder or chilli to taste
- soy sauce

- Peel the legs, season with salt, pepper and place in a deep pan.
- Combine the ketchup, cola and Worcestershire sauce and bring the pan to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour, turning the legs once. Shortly before the end, add the broth, season with the spices and soy sauce.
